Quick question

I'm seeing bubbles in my degas bottle. I just did headgaskets and am concerned to say the least. I didnt machine them and i know ill catch flack for that but I did check them very thoroughly before I reinstalled them. My cooling system pressure stays around 11psi no matter how I drive. I do get funny coolant temps from time to time i.e. normally it's 192, but on occasion it will rise to 195.8, 197, 199, 200. Then it will go back down to 194 then 192. My eot is usually within 10* of coolant and isn't normally adversely affected by the rise in coolant temp. I am running the performance tune on my x4 and don't really drive it too hard as it builds too much boost. My question is could i have air In the system? I did what was suggested by Watsonr from my last post and thought I was good but now idk. I have flushed the cooling system, have fresh elc, and am pretty confident it's 50/50 mix as I followed instructions from the tech folder. The bubbles I see are from over where the oil cooler I guess kicks coolant back to the bottle. I don't puke, the pressure rises evenly with the warming of the truck and I have no egr. If you guys say it's fine I'll stop worrying. I just can't afford to open it again for a while as it has exhausted my truck fund. Thanks for the help and any insight just kinda nervous right now and need guidance.

one more thing. I have noticed it bleeds all the pressure off within about 4 hours. Could be the fact the truck cools idk but before when I had hg issues it would hold pressure all night. But then again it would also have 18 psi on the gauge before I drove it a block. Just want to make sure you have all the info I can give.

nope no coolant loss. If you say drive it I will. Just never been so involved in a vehicle before so I'm still nervous about it as I'm not made of money and she's needed some love. When they say know what your doing when you buy one they arent lying. Mine had every big issue it could, and I've fixed them all myself. Good on my knowledge of the motor horrible for my wallet. Anyway, ill stop posting because of my insecurities lol and I'll go back to lurking and absorbing info. Thanks again you guys are life savers for me.

Keep an eye on the level. I don't get over concerned, it goes up and down a little, as long as it stays about 1/2" from the mark over time.

ok will do. It definitely isn't moving other than normal expansion/contraction.
