I recently acquired a 78 f250 4x4 60 front and rear 400 4spd. reg cab, I have a zf5 from a 460 and I was wondering if someone would chime in as to the conversion, what is entailed and weather or not it is worth it. I have the 5 spd and transfer case, would it be acceptable to say that the zf5 would work well with the 205 t case? I am sure drive line mods are necessary, find a hydraulic system for clutch, next concern is what flywheel and clutch are used? What crossmember mods are necessary? If we can't use a 205 t case how is the speedo hooked in? And the million dollar question; is it worth it?
