Almost done with my transmission swap. Everything is in and hooked up except for the rear drive shaft. I have to take that to a shop Wednesday to be lengthened. Also got some small ends to take car of. Gotta wire my reverse lights up and find a passenger side crossmember brace. It appears I left it in my donor truck when I sold it. Also gotta take the gear shift out of the steering column. But other than that we are ready to roll. Started it up today with the key and she fired right up, ran through all the gears, no grinding or carching. The transmission shifts really smooth. I left my auto pcm and wiring harness in the truck and left the transmission range selector switch pluged in and left it in park. No romps at start up either. I'm not done yet but wantediluvian to say thanks all for the help.

Well I guess you can say my auto to manual swap is complete. Picked up my driveshaft today from the drive line shop and took her for a spin. Runs awesome, shifts great, seems just like it rolled off the assembly line as a manual. Couldn't have done it without the help of you all. Only thing I noticed is that it has some transmission growl. Gonna try to overfill it and see if that helps.
