1981 transmission swap

1981 transmission swap
I have an 81 f150 with a 351w and a c6. We just got a 1986 f150 with a 302 and a np453 4 speed and I want to swap transmissions. I know it will bolt up to my 351 but is it correct that I can't swap the flywheel because of the different weight imbalance?

351W's all have a 28 oz inbalance flywheel or flexplate.
302's were also 28 oz inbalance until 1981, then went to 50 oz - so won't swap to the 351W.
