Then you have our big block, the optional Detroit Diesel DD13, a 450HP engine producing 1650 lb/ft of pure torque.

The robust construction extends our track record of engines with a B50 life of one million miles.

Admission: I've now stolen that picture (above), cropped it, enhanced it, saved it, and then made it my screen-saver.
Usually I have pics of guns, girls and Deere products.

I saw that rig last December at Disney fort wilderness.

If you consider buying one they're a bit more $$ than our SD trucks but before long they'll be in the same price range.

Rodney's father in law (I think) is selling his, definitely tempting....

Two local truck dealers have many used commercial sleeper rigs. Mileage between 500K - 1500K.

8 -10 years of age, prices from $18K - $28K.
5 years old start at $40K.
While used they all look good to me.

They don't do conversions but can refer them, with estimates of conversions running $20K - $30K, depending on amount of amenities desired.

Very hard to find F450's on the lot.

Today in Montgomery Al. (our state capital) I found exactly one dually F350, and absolutely nothing bigger for me to lust after. Even the Ford site where you build your own - then allow them to find it provide results like Casper the ghost (invisible).

Not a tremendous problem as I have a champagne taste on a beer budget, but I can/do dream. Whats a sincere looker supposed to do?

We had a four month wait in 2012, but only about a two month wait for our 2016's here in Indy. Just takes some planning.

That demonstrates my point - outside of huge cities users can't readily find them; how many sales do they miss because of that?
