How hard can you play in the mud with a E4OD??? I figured if you check the differential fluid and add when needed you will be alright with the E4OD correct??? Also how strong is the borg warner transfer case which is a borg warner 1356 electric. This is al in a 1992 Ford F-150 offroad package with a 302 and quad shock setup.

Well, I just had my E4OD and Borg Warner 1356 crap out on my 1995 Bronco with a 302, and I never even really got to play with it. It did have 134K miles, but still, I didn't expect both to go bad. The T-case had had problems for a while, clunking, too much play. The tranny is a brand new issue. I miss my old NP208 and C6 on my 85 F150. Didn't have any of these issues.
