Looks good from the pix but you do need to get your rocker panels tacked in as they are critical to the structure. If you can do it with the doors closed and fitted it would be better.
Well i think i found out why the left side will not line up right. Years ago someone cut the trans mount allowing the frame to twist.pulling the cab back off to see if i can make a new trans crossmember and tweek the frame back to where it belongs just have to find out what the dim are.
Hello jg513; we have to remember that these trucks were not built with quality in mind, get them out the door cheap was the idea. I chased my cab, front clip and hood positions around in circles for many hours to try and get the best alignment I could, there is no perfect. The pics attached show the left and right cowl-cab connections on my truck(factory origional) and somebody at the plant had to grab a drill to get the front clip to fit on. This is not your suppliers fault or yours, it is the nature of the beast. Go for door alignment first and shim or whatever to get the rest to work.
