Having a heck of a time getting my truck to stay running. Truck has been flawless up until recently. Dies randomly when coming to a stop.
Replaced:
-CPS
-ICP
-IPR
Checked:
-Fuel pressure to the bowl
-Chaffing on suspect wires
-Engine oil level
-Suspect blown fuses
Miscellaneous:
-Fuel filter is replaced regularly every 6,000 miles
-Right or Wrong--- I wanted to perform a simple test verifying fuel to the engine. She will burn rubber and roll coal (when the tuner is turned up) like a champ.
-UVCH's are relatively new, replaced two years ago
I really need to verify with an AE analyzer and look at the IPR duty cycle, RPM, ICP pressure, throttle position voltage and ICP feedback voltage while driving and duplicate the conditions.
I already checked the B.E.S.T. map and only found one individual that claims to live in Detroit. If there is anyone around the Lake Orion, MI area with AE that is willing to help, it would be so greatly appreciated.
Awesome bud. Thank you for the heads up. I will keep you posted. Hopefully I can figure it out this Saturday. I have a USB to OBDII connector on the way to try and test with FORScan.
