I'm going to order some urethane bushings from the Bronco Graveyard. The bolts are the stock ones in okay shape. I almost wish there were some press in bushings that were a little tougher to install. Then I'd know there wasn't any slack.

If you're sure the bolts aren't worn, then make sure you torque them properly. I don't remember excactly but I think the spec. is around 185-200 ft/lbs. This may provide the "squish" required to tighten the bushing in the track bar.
