wobble at high speed 2000 E150 Conversion

Ok so i put some Used 265 75 15 discovery copper MT tire on the rear of my e150 conversion van runs good in town, i went on the hwy and about 70-75 feel wobble but the steering wheel does not shake, so i get home and after reading lots of stuff, i get the tires balanced, no differance, so i lower the air pressure from 41 to 35 psi and that cures the problem, just dont want to be driving at 75-80 mph and have a rear tire blow out, but now thinking maybe not good idea putting those on the rear. As my front tires 235 75 15 are 41 lbs, thinking maybe if i can put 16 inch rims and tire all around to give a little bit of lift but with what i reading or understanding will the 16 rims fit or cause any other issues

I think it's the tires, nothing to do with the size, especially since you mentioned used.

There is no need to inflate any tire to max pressure unless the vehicle is at max load.

You might have a tire out of round. Lift one at a time and spin it, watch the surface of the tread to see if it goes up and down. Balancing doesn't fix that.
