I saw one at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo last weekend in the Ford Exhibit. It looked like it should be towing a train of luggage carts at an airport.
The regular cab never went anywhere to have to come back from.
I guess not. We just don't see them around here except for older trucks. All of the companies like having the 4 doors for crew transport, and the rv crowd have the extended cabs or crew cabs. Especially the dually.
