...only last for a millisecond or so. Its get a hiccup
That's a classic sign of a CPS going bad.
Did this happen when the wipers were on?

Jess, just FYI, all Excursion were 50 state legal, even the few first 7.3's off the line that didn't come with a GPCM. There was no model difference like the F-series trucks, with some being CA state legal and the others being 49 state (aka Federal trucks) legal.
In fact, all Excursions being 50 state legal is one of the reasons we didn't discover until just recently that the first few 7.3L Excursions came with a GPR and not the GPCM.

I'm sure by now you've seen this video.
We've had it posted off and on here and every-so-often someone will come across it and repost it.
Had a look at the Ex today, and noticed that he passenger battery connector was loose, I while back ago someone stole my batteries, and seems they brought no tools, amateurs.. So I'm goin to buy a new connector terminal tomorrow, hope that fixes the problem, I could not get it to sit tight at all.
And yeah, I've seen the video, even emailed with the dude in the video this morning. They sent me the email of a guy I can contact in Iceland to get mine built And you can get real nice looking fender flares in iceland, altough those posted look real good, most don't. look at these. They clear 44-49s, here is the shop that sells them: Ford | www.formverk.is
Did some more work on it today, I fixed the battery connector, looked over all connections and removed the tune and put it in stock.
I also did a HPOP oil change, and the oil in the hpop was full of bubbles, making me think that it might be a sensor who reads the psi wring, and tries to cut off the engine? It died at idle before I got to changing it, now it doesn't, really hope this fixed it.
The HPOP oil change really did something, it became much more responsive at the rpms, and seems to run a bit more quite.
Closing thread, it was the hpop oil that made it act like it did.
So to fix my problem with hiccups and stalling, I did these changes:
-New CPS (the truck clicked in and out on a bridge like 10 times, more likely an electrical issue, that I had to fix.
-HPOP oil change (mine was full of bubbles, and broken down)
-Cleaned and replaced the passenger battery + (Cleared my transmission fault light)
Reprogrammed stock ECU tune from 40hp tow mode.
It was the first time, wipers have no effect on the engine. What I did notice, was that when I was parked, was that if I kept the throttle at the same point, the rpms would slowly go down, like there was some hesitation somewhere. Changing the oil solved that problem.
I have actually parked right in front of the bridge now, bit scary to drive it but I have to test it. The engine have not had any issues since the oil change a couple hours ago
I made it, thank God. No problem whatsoever.
And now I'm home, I experienced 2 veeery small hiccups that was barely noticeable, maybe some air in the system.
But the truck is really much better now, yesterday I could only drive for about half an hour before it would hiccup, today it stalled, changed the oil, and the rpms came faster, and the rpms was stabile. The problem with stalling and multiple hiccups, is gone.
I know the oils are suppose to mix, but I've also heard that they don't mix very well, dunno really, but I will change out the oil in the crank tomorrow, I did not have enough oil to do the crank today :/
