did you try to re-sync them?

Try to manually fold them both in. Then try the power to unfold them.

What year and how many miles on your truck?

Tried all that...no go.

It's a 2012 with about 38,000 miles.

Mirror motor system is definitely broken.

I'd contact for customer service and see if they will extend some good will to keep the cost down. I hear they are pricy.

If he has the ESP and there's no physical damage it shouldn't take good will. They should replace it. JMHO.

Finally...it took a day and a half to get the mirror replaced...then the service department tried to charge me a $100 deductible instead of the $50 amount...then they tried to charge me $110 to recalibrate my speedometer (it was set for 18" wheels instead of 20")...but they finally agreed that the ESP should cover that as well.

All I can say is the next time I need service, I'll drive the extra 30 miles to Carson City and have them service my rig...
