You can look in your Device Manager to see if you have a bluetooth adapter installed. If not, you can get one off Amazon for $5.

If you're just making changes, forego the bluetooth altogether and get the $18 USB adapter linked above. It does everything the more expensive BT one does, except monitor PIDs wirelessly on your phone.
