Sync3 radio.

When using Sirius radio and using the traffic link, to view traffic information. Nothing happens. Talked to the service manager at my dealership and was told Ford engineers were aware of the problem. No answers as of yet. 2017 F150 Lariat series. All other functions of the radio work with the exception of the traffic link.

Did you log into your Sirius account and make sure traffic link was active?

Sync 3 Update 2.2 fixes that issue. There is a nav update and a non-nav update. Make sure you download the correct version. Take about 10 minutes to install. Truck needs to be running.

Hope they fixed the "problem" that the previous My Ford Sync had where when you installed an update to the nav it wiped out all your saved destinations.
