E4OD Bushing Replacement?

E4OD Bushing Replacement?
Hi all,
I ordered a rebuild kit for my E4OD, and it came with a complete bushing kit as well. I know my tailshaft bushings are worn out, and I think the front pump bushing could use replacing as well. Question is, should I go ahead and replace all the bushings, or just the ones that absolutely need replacing?
For those of you who've replaced these before, could you post the replacement procedure for me? I would assume it just involves hammering the old ones out and hammering the new ones in, but it has to be more complicated than that.
