Speed rated tires

I am looking to get a gooseneck dumptrailer with 12k axils and looking to up grade to 17.5" tires
My cunsern is that I drive fast and the tires I am looking at has a J speed range which is good to 62 mph.
I pull my trailers at highway speeds of 70-80
Will these tires blow apart if pulled to speeds higher then 62mph?

Not familiar with the J rated 17.5 tires but most of the H rated 17.5 are rated at 75 mph.
