I know thee are several tire threads out there but I did not want to hijack them.
So I'm waiting on the delivery of my 17 F250 Lariat (due next Monday )
I've requested the LT275/70Rx18E BSW A/T but really wanted the OWL. Miscommunication with dealer.
At any rate, my questions is:
What brand in this size are the vehicles typically delivered with? Currently I run the GoodYear Wrangler Adventure A/T with the three peak mountain/snowflake symbol. Here in Quebec the law states you MUST have snow tires between Dec 15-Mar 15.

With this setup I can run one set all year.
Hoping to do the same with new truck.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Rod.
you should be getting the Goodyear adventurer Kevlar. Tires like you speak of.
The two AT options these trucks are shipping with are either the GY's you already have or Michelin LTX AT2. But, as Ryan posted above, you'll likely get the GY's as the Michelins only come in OWL.
I just got a F350 PSD Lariat FX4 (3.55 gear) with 18" OWL option and they are GY: they don't have the snowflake symbol (Load E) but the thread looks good.
You'll (95%+) get the Goodyear's and if you really want the OWL, should be able to get them turned outward as on mine the BW are on the inside (OWL on the outside) -- Expect them to charge you $100 for that, but if the dealer messed up, ask them to do it for free
