New to the site and Ford Trucks so this site has been very helpful.
I came across this truck not far from my house and thought it would be a great truck to rescue from the field so I cut a deal and towed it home. I was originally going to cut it up and make it a short bed with a CV front end and 4 link the rear but decided to just leave it as it was and do a full rebuild on it.
Here's what I started with.
Been working on it off and on for a year now so I'll get more pics posted.
Thanks for the great site and all the help you've been for this lurker.

You've been very busy. That's for sure. What paint did you use on the valve covers? That exhaust system is coming out great. It shows some good planning. Those pulleys look sharp too!

Thank You. The valve covers are powdercoated black wrinkel finish.

Thanks Arnold. I'm not sure yet, doing body work on the truck now. Leaning torward a solid color and keeping all the trim but open to suggestions.
Looks like you have a bit of experience doing that body work!! Good job. If Oakdale wasn't such a drive, I'd bring my hood down to ya. It has more holes than swiss cheese-lol-
