So I feel like this has been asked before but was not able to find a good answer.
Out of all of the diesels since the 7.3 which would be the best to get in terms of reliability and repair expense?
Looking for an F250 crew cab and wondering if I should aim for the 6.7l or the 6.4 is good or I should save some money with an older version of the 6.0.

None, but if you have to have a diesel and those are the choices, it's not even debatable. Go with the 6.7. Since the introduction of the diesel killing emissions, the reliability order goes:
1. 6.7 Ford
2. 6.7 Ram
3. Duramax
4. 6.0 International
99. 6.4 International

Your odds of saving money by buying an older truck with a 6.0 or a 6.4 are VERY long, at best!!!
2011. 6.7L PSD>>>Possible valve/injector issues on early builds, prior to 4-1-11, possible turbo issues.
2012-2014. 6.7L PSD Possible turbo issues same as 2011.
2015+ 6.7L PSD. These are, in general, the most reliable of the modern diesels.
Get one, drive the hell out of it!!!!!!
