I know little about 5th wheel...

does the level kit lowers the rear OR raise the front..

if rear... you could cause weight drop with 5th connected to truck. causing a Nose down for trailer AND maybe a nose Up for truck..

Answers needed for above. Thank You.
Yes, I am looking at a 5th wheel soon.

Just need to adjust the headlights down so you're not blinding people with your nose up in the air.

Best combo is a leveling kit for the front and air bags for the rear so you can air up and reduce or eliminate any spring sag. Riding nose up is no bueno. You're unloading your steer tires.

Good question and from what I've gathered, the air bags answer is the best one. I'm looking at doing something similar though not sure if I'd need the air bags if I did a 2.5" front/2" rear leveling kit on my 2011 F250.

Here is ours with a level kit and a 6800lb Rear Axle weight. I have no idea on the size the level kit as it was installed when i bought the truck. Red springs and rancho shocks if it makes any difference. Stock rear springs. F-350 Camper Package.

bit nose up but not bad.

mrgrayaz does your 5th wheel have the 2nd lower hole where the springs attach that you could change that and possibly gain 1.5" in rear height of rv or maybe your springs are just tired and need replacing?

Something is not right...

We just got a new toy hauler and I think the way the hitch is set-up is causing some serious sag. I'm new to setting up drop weight distribution hitches so I asked the dealer to. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

That bar set up is strange, I wonder why they designed the bars to go in through the top.

I wouldn't put a leveling kit on it. It was designed that way for when you put a load on the rear.

I laugh every time someone wants to "level" their truck and then they complain that it looks like it's a Chevy with a trailer behind it. So then they spend $800 on air bags. Idiots...
