7.3 runs rough

I have a 97 7.3 with 119k on it. The truck will run great and then start to miss horribly then shut down. Parts replaced within the last 6 months are valve cover gaskets, ipr, cps, 1 new injector, and a new turbo.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

fuel pressure?
more than 1/4 tank of fuel?
change fuel filter in last 10k miles?
use ford IPR and CPS?

Yes. New fuel pump as well. Forgot to add that in. Everything I put on the truck is motorcraft

Have you tested the idm? What about the oil level in the hpop?

Yes. The idm is good and so is oil pressure. Fuel pressure is a little low though.

Check your in tank screens to see if they are not clogged up.

You said the VC gaskets were replaced, but how about the under cover harnesses? how do the engine side plugs to the VCs look? Any melted connectors or burned pins?
