As far I know non of the almost 10 power sources, jk, have constant power unless it's on, I'm working to make one or maybe two always hot using upfitter switch including the 12V for trailer
I'll try to make some kind of tutorial or a list take pictures and pass the information of how to
Similar to a trailer requiring 12V constant our slide in camper also requires a 12V constant 40 amp circuit. The factory available plug for the Lance has an 8 gauge wire and recommends wiring direct to the battery. I went off the guide and used the #6 upfitter switch which is sized accordingly through a relay in the distribution box. The distribution box for the upfitters has a two position jumper which regulates all switches to either always hot or key controlled. It would be nice if there were a choice for each switch. I guess with them always hot (as I have selected) operation of the vehicle is somewhat like a Dreamliner. Flipping switches and checking gauges before takeoff and landing.
Through Forscan you can extend the timeout duration of the 12v cabin accessory plugs. One of my next mods.
Now as I look around for a location for the onboard air gauge and finding nowhere to put it, maybe Ford will incorporate and upfitter gauge panel...just a thought. Would hate to be low on air when that damn Subaru plugs itself into the safety zone between my front bumper and the rear of the next vehicle.
