Trailer TPMS extra sensors
I just ordered up the trailer mounted TPMS and camera system but it only comes with 4 sensors and I need 6. Where can I get the other 2? I can't find them on the ford site.

My local Ford dealer has a part number for them. I have already looked into this. And the price wasn't even half bad. He said they were readily available, and no need to order way in advance. I'm sure if you called your local dealer can source them for you.

A version of that part number shows plenty of hits on eBay so if they are backordered, maybe you could buy online? I'm seeing 3z-1a189-d. Just not the hc part. Anyone know if the prefix indicates an actual difference?

I don't know the part number but it is right on ford's website - that's where I ordered my tpms and camera from

Yes, the HC part of the prefix is what designates that the sensor fits a 2017 super duty.

I too would like the part number of the module. What they sell at ford when I checked was the whole kit with sensors and wire harnesses. From the pictures I have seen on here there looks to be a sticker with information on the module but they are not clear enough to read. If someone could take a picture and post it I would be most appreciative.

The module may be number HC3Z-1548-A, but I can't confirm it for sure. The description is "Mod Asy Trlr Tir Press Mntr". The retail price is $406.22 It should have a stamping number of HC3T-1560-AA. It is a component of the camera and tpms kit.

I have the camera kit and the cable is setup for the TPMS. All I need is the module and sensors....$406 seems is a bit steep when a total package is about $700.

l have the camera setup as well and have been looking for just the module. Ford parts counter found it for me but it includes all the harnesses again and it's $500. I'm hoping we can get just the module. What happens if have it and it go out? Do they replace the entire system again?
