Its manufactured by Schrader International for Ford. I wonder if an aftermarket alternative is available.

For an extra $200 why not just buy another complete system.

I just confirmed the module that plugs onto the wiring harness for the tpms is HC3Z-1548-A. The sensors are about $56 retail, so for 4 sensors and a module it makes more sense to just buy a kit, almost.
