I doubt it has the auxiliary battery on the driver's side, but if so I'd like the battery tray and, especially, the brace under it.
How about the holy grail - the underhood tool box? Or the very elusive gun storage that goes behind the seat?

Sun visors, esp. if they're dark (cheap wine) red. Can you see what kind of shape the door interior panels are?

I'd dearly to have my buzzer back in order. It's accessed by pulling out the glove box insert and it sits right on top.

I magically got in the mail yesterday a picture of Jerry/Ozark1's bull bar. It looks a lot like the one in the pic you posted. It looks similar to the one shown on Page 6 here: 1981 Accessories - ???Gary's Garagemahal. And, by the way, the in-cab rifle safe and storage units are shown on Page 16.
