Turn signal issues
These days it has evolved into the turn signal sometimes taking a few seconds before any of the right side actually starts to flash, also sometimes the indicator does not automatically deactivate after a right turn.
Giving the bottom of the steering column a calibrated tap usually always fixes the issue until the next turn.
Assuming its a bad turn signal selector switch Part number YL3T-13K359-ABJAEA but not knowing the wiring diagram I dont see how this bad switch would intermittently stop controlling the right rear turn signal. I would guess that it would tell the flasher left or right, not which lefts and which rights.

If you go to the website BBB Industries- Premium Alternators, Starters, Power Steering Products You can look up the wiring diagram You will need to register for a free account, once you get that set up then go to the link technical information, hover over that and you will see the option for TSB's & Wiring Diagrams. click on that and then put in your vehicle information and then you should be able to go and look up the wiring diagrams and go from there and get what you are looking for if you want to trace down the wiring and see where it goes to to check it's integrity
The rear stop/turn signals come out of different pins of the MFS than do the fronts/indicators/mirrors. You may have an MFS that is failing internally or you may have a pushed/damaged pin on the MFS' connector. You really need to remove the cover and actually look at it instead of beating on the steering column.
It is always possible that there is a wiring concern between the MFS and the RR corner of the truck, perhaps due to corrosion in an inline connector. You have to go through the process of starting at the source (MFS) and working your way downstream to diagnose.
