Click on user CP. That's on the left towards the top of the page.
In there there should be a list of stuff on the left. Edit signature should be one of them.
Click on it and you should be able to fill it out.

Right above the title of this thread you will see a group of links in a header band. On the left you will see "user cp". Click on that.
Then in your user control panel on the left hand side you will see a column of links. The 8th one down is"edit signature"
You may need a few posts before you can make a signature, I can't remember for sure. But that's where to find it
