Exhaust help needed
Is it missing all 2 O2 sensors or just 1 downstream?
There should be 2 upstream sensors before cats for each banks and 1 after the 3rd cat.
Sensors go around $30 to $40 on rockauto (depending on the brands).
The rest of exhaust system probably will add up to $200 or little more.

Front 2 sensors are must as they control your air to fuel mixture. Rear sensor is for checking CAT only. The truck will run fine without it other then the CEL will be on.
On some newer vehicles (Toyota for sure), when any CEL is on, ECU goes into fail safe mode and looses some fuel economy and vehicle stability control. But, I don't think Rangers do that (made pretty dumb and simple LOL)
There is a way to avoid setting code.
You can install something like this. <title>O2 Simulator Mini Cat Cel Fix best oxygen sensor simulator made.
Get the one with honeycomb element. That will fix the CEL caused by CAT for good. Simple spacer is hit and miss. I tried that once on a SUV with bad CAT, and CEL was come and gone every few weeks.
Tried one with honeycomb element on the other SUV, never seen CEL since.
But either way, you will need a place to mount O2 sensor and probably cheaper to use existing CAT if possible and weld leaks if there are any.
I managed to plug 2 1" and 1/2" hole in my CAT with a cheap 120V harbor freight flux welder and some large metal washers as a filler metal. It wasn't easy as I was doing in on the vehicle and I had minimal experience with welding.
