vref is right at 4.9-5.0 constantly , did nothing to it before the crank no start like I said I have everything it needs to start I'm lost I can find absolutely nothing out of spec ? Will program and check eot and ect on scangauge next

as soon as I get those values I will post them as for now I'm leaning towards possible multiple injectors failed pending a buzz test and eot , ect numbers the guy I bought it from said he had replaced 2-3 injectors a year or so ago and the truck sat for quite awhile after

Scan gauge doesn't read codes good. Program an x-gauge for it to read the Diagnostic code count (DTC) and it will give how many codes are stored pretty well, like 2 or 3. Even the little code reader may not do a good job for you. Torque Pro or ForScan does well for codes. If its an injector, you should have a code.
