Icp volts needs to be .80 or higher. The ICP is a desired number, same for IPR.

Is it commanding fuel pulse width, something you can see with a scan gauge if programmed with the right x-gauge.

Google x-gauges for scan gauge and program the one for fuel pulse width. If its not commanding fuel your missing something and it won't fire. Could be crank or cam sync? Are you above 150rpm?

im showing sync on scangauge my rpms range from 150s- 200s cranking I wasn't hearing injector clatter very loud if at all before now it is very loud and pronounced I will Google and program fuel pulse width for that and check it I had it at a shop and they also drew a blank ?

First thing is that you have a FPW signal. It seems high, but good to now you have the signal.

Can you smell raw fuel from the exhaust when you have someone cranking?
What is the battery voltage when cranking?
What is the vreference voltage?
EOT and ECT readings at KOEO?

Might be time to try cranking w/ key sensors unplugged (one at a time)
Also might try ohming glow plugs (but they are good to throw codes)

also pulled egr seems to be non stuck and not very dirty battery voltage is questionable as I've been cranking whilst hooked to charger batteries hold charge and seem to crank good without charger hooked up have not looked at vref voltage yet am not sure what that is related to? Will also check eot and ect koeo, thank you glow plugs also seem to be working fine aside from a couple of them being popped out a bit but we're like then while it was running fine even being plugged in overnight the results are the same acts like it wants to go but no will chug black smoke not alot but some it does smell of unburnt fuel not awful but is there

Could be the fan clutch as well.
Have you done anything recently to service it, filters, oil, something like that?

Vref is the voltage some of the sensors use as a feed back. Like the ICP, EBP, MAP and a short in one would show. Vref should be right near 5v, 4.8v - 5.0

Try plugging the truck in for a few hours, that helps it get past needing glow plugs as much as it does when really cold.
tried plugging in overnight also was not very cold the day I was trying it tried unplugging ect sensor same results no start is it possible that multiple injectors have failed all at once within 5 minutes of it running just fine? Like I said I drove it ran fine shut it off for 5 mins would not restart ever since if I am reading high eot koeo would that keep the truck from starting?
