i am having trouble finding whats causing a clunking noise after i come to a complete stop and it may not happen sometimes until the brake is released and appears to be coming from the back end....

Check your universal joints out. I've heard that clunking in the driveline usually means u-joints. I'm not sure though, since of course I haven't driven it, but that's my best guess.
