I'm having problems with hard starts and stalling which is intermittent so I checked the ficm with a volt meter and it checked out fine so I hooked up torque pro and here are my readings if anybody can give me some advice on what to check next.

Did you check for codes?

Batteries fully charged and load tested? Alternator putting out a charge?

Can you get the same readings that you posted above when you are experiencing the no/hard start?

Are the hard starts when cold, hot, both?

Stalling can be a number of things - IPR, ICP sensor, high pressure oil supply, fuel supply and/or pressure, even FICM or a random sensor, etc.

Do you have a way to measure fuel pressure?

Do you have OEM oil filters and an OEM oil filter cap? OEM fuel filters?

Has the oil been changed recently (and what oil are you using)? Level high or low?

Check EBP, MAP, and BARO pressures with KOEO. They should be within 3% (.5 psig) of each other.

Check IAT1, IAT2, EOT, ECT, TFT temperatures (again on a cold engine). They should read close to each other (within a few degrees).

Is the dash oil pressure gauge showing pressure when cranking?

When you get it started, you may want to run it w/ a few sensors disconnected to see if the problems go away.

I didn't have any codes and had the scanner on when it did stall and the numbers did not change.
Batteries are new and load tested. Alternator is new and charging.
The readings posted are when hard starting. The truck starts fine when it's hot but may stall when putting it in gear and having the wheel turned hard. (Checked for wire chafing in steering column and it's fine)
Recently had glow plugs on drivers side changed. (Code )
CPS was changed. (Code )

The rest of the item's I need to look into because I don't service the truck and will find out.
Do my readings on the ipr and icpv look Ok.
Also what sensors would you disconnect.
Thank you for your help!

Disconnecting various sensors & components one-at-a-time can often times prove valuable (EGR, EBP, ICP, EOT, ECT, BARO, GPCM, MAP)

The readings look OK, but you don't have a "cranking" set of numbers. At least you didn't indicate that. You stated "Key on" and "Idle". You need to watch ICP, IPR, FICM voltages, Sync, etc when cranking.

If that's a hot idle your IPR is high, indicating a good leak. Time for a air test.

Not that was a cold idle.
Tried to get the readings the truck has been sitting all day but it's 65 out so the cranking was short
Icpv 2.4
Ipr 76.2
Hpop started right up couldn't get a pressure.

Key the scanner before turning the key on and record the data while cranking the truck... that's the data Mark needs. Also any data after it gets to normal temp.

I'm using torque pro I don't know what you mean about keying the scanner. I will try in the morning when it's cold.
Engine hot at idle reads.
