Trailer Brake Controller, Auxiliary Switches, Fog Light Switch

I have designed and now 3d print "pods" for an integrated trailer brake controller, auxiliary switches, and the fog light bracket.

These will mount directly into the cut out that is located where the fog light switch currently is mounted (lightning specific) or rear window (Bronco specific) and the 4x4 switch (obviously 4x4 specific).

In order to mount the TBC you need to:
1. Remove the fog light switch (I hard wired the fog light to the lights, now fog lights on with high and low beams) or open the pocket(s) if your dash trim piece does not have anything mounted there
2. Cut out the other half of the panel where the 4x4 switch would be mounted
3. Trim very little from dash behind the front panel (this can not be seen when put back together)
4. Buy the Trailer Brake Controller with it pigtail and wire as per directions
5. Buy my TBC pod

I have 2 versions of the TBC pod one is centered and one is off centered. The off centered version allows for a on/off switch to be mounted as the TBC itself has no power switch. The off centered version also needs less trimmed from the dash behind the cover.

In order to mount the auxiliary switches
1. Remove the fog light switch (I hard wired the fog light to the lights, now fog lights on with high and low beams) or open the pocket(s) if your dash trim piece does not have anything mounted there
2. Buy my auxiliary switch pod
3. Buy auxiliary switches
4. Wire it as desired

There are 3 different versions of the auxiliary switches:
1. Full (covers both cutouts in the dash cover, 1 piece)
2. Left (this is a blank direct replacement for the fog light switch) this can be used to mount auxiliary switches or gauges and still keep the 4x4 switch in place
3. Right (this is a blank direct replacement for the 4x4 switch) this can be used to mount auxiliary switches or gauges and still keep the fog light/rear window controller in place

I also have a pod for the fog light switch if your has broke. This is a direct replacement for only the mount. If you have issues with your switch this will not help you; although, you can buy my mount and any switch you want then wire your fog lights that way for a clean look.

These are a bit pricey as 3d printing the TBC pod and full auxiliary pods takes 26 hours each. The smaller single pods take 11 hours.

TBC controller pod - $200
Full auxiliary pod - $150
Single pod (4x4 switch/fog light switch) $80

I also make these for other year trucks. PM me or leave a note if you desire to purchase one. I'm also looking for feedback. The print quality is amazing and they can be painted to match your interior.
