1997 Ford L 8501 No Start Dead Electric Shift

1997 Ford L 8501 No Start Dead Electric Shift
Truck died going down the Hwy after hitting a bump.
We replaced all fuses and relays in the cab.
The electric trans shifter is dead and the truck will not turn over.
We can get the trans shifter to light up and display Neutral when we run voltage from the accessory point to the fuse receptacle for the Transmission Control Module.
But it kills it when we try to turn it over.
Truck will turn over when you jump the starter solenoid.
I assume the box under the cab above the tranny is the TCM
Under the TCM is a relay box with two 10 amp fuses and 6 relays. The IGN relay buzzes when we get the Shift control to light up.
I think it is a faulty TCM or maybe a short somewhere.
