As title states I've got a 2014 Lariat that the right headlight lens was hit by something and kinda spiderwebbed on me. Just took cursory look and looks like held in by clips but no access to fender side of lens to remove. Any answers out there? Thanks, Tom
You can't replace just the lens. You have to replace the entire headlight. They are a sealed unit. The only replaceable parts of the headlight that are separate are the bulbs.

Do you have OEM projector headlights or halogen headlights? If you have halogen headlights, it is easier to just buy new headlights. If you have OEM projectors then it would be cheaper to buy a cheap headlight(non projector) and split the light housing from the lens and replace. You may luck out and find a used headlight on ebay for cheap.
Thanks for the answers. Have the halogens so if causes too much prob may go the e bay or Craigslist route. Thanks
Then it is much easier to buy a new set. You could look for used OEM on CL or ebay. I assume you have the chrome shrouds since you have a Lariat and they are a dime a dozen since a lot of people have swapped them out for the black ones. Don't pay over a benji for one. You should be able to even score two for that price if you shop around.
