I tried going without cell phone and charger. This was a problem from day one upon taking the truck home before adding anything. Most likely one sensor bad. Battery I clean on every oil change and still gets caked up more then any of my other 5 vehicles. I'll find another dealer.

Are you using baking soda and water when you clean the terminals? Also after you get them clean spray some battery terminal protector on them. Every auto parts store carries it.

On the battery it's not the normal stuff on the terminals, it's liquid that goes over the top to the sides and cakes up the hold down.

Most likely the Orings on the caps leaking battery acid out as you hit bumps. The baking soda will neutralize the acid. You could pop the covers off, wipe the orings dry & put them back in dry to try to get them to reseal.

Finally got home to snap a few pics. Most maintenance free batteries caps can be popped off by gently & evenly prying up one side at a time. You'll want to clean off the tops before popping off the caps to avoid getting any debris in the cells. If it's cold out use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the caps up a little to avoid cracking them. Most likely if you have leakage you'll probably find a cell or two with a lower levels of fluid than the rest. You can top the low ones off with distilled water to equalize the low ones to the level of rest of the cells.
