Thanks to DarkStarMedia and Euroman - loved the DIY but in the interest of time + $130 delivered, ordered a bracket. This'll be fun....
you can get that on ebay for $50. I got one the quality is very good. Haven't gotten a chance to use it but $130 seems steep to me. Here's the listing I got mine from http://m.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Powerstroke-6-0-6-4-303-759-ALT-head-lifting-bracket-with-hardware-/191975317021?nav=SEARCH
I usually thread 2 bolts into the front and rear of the head and use them as handles. Just reach in there and lift it out.
DANG, You must be a gorilla!
To the OP: I used the bracket on the rear and bolt on the front (passenger side), and the opposite for the driver's side. Used a section of chain to lift with a floor crane. The heads never tried to rotate or anything like that.
But a lot of people fab up their own version of the factory bracket.
