04 6.0
I have a 04 f250 6.0, went to the dealer today to buy coolant to do a flush, then I asked him for a tranny filter and external filter, I wanted to do a tranny change. He asked me how many miles and I told him 140k I just bought the truck a month ago, he said don't change fluid with that many miles, not knowing if fluid was changed before because it might cause problems with seals..... Is this true

The person who owned mine before didn't do that, so when I pulled my internal filter there were two stuck up in that hole.
