I have the the same issue and have done everything also with no fix in site.. I even switched pcm out.. I do have a fuel sender code though.. why do you ask?

Could be your instrument cluster. My experience started with odd speedo stuff like no reading at all (intermittent) then, even with cruise set at 70, maybe a swing up to 100 or down to 30 with no actual change in speed. Torque Pro or Forscan should help you verify since they will reflect what the PCM is seeing.
