Bed swap?
I had heard but not verified that you can swap the entire inner skin and belly pan from a mid 90's Ford and mount your 73-79 outer fenders on it. I ask this question because I am pretty sure the old spray in bed liner is hiding some cottage cheese in the bottom of my bed. I have already found a few spots that are all the way through with rust. Here in my area I seem to see a lot more straight and decent condition 90s beds than 70s beds. My truck is 77 Supercab short box with dual tanks. Has anyone else heard of this or actually done it, if so any input and tips would be great.
