No start
I know its another no start, but I get no pressure on ICP 0. Check IPR found screen damage and repaired. Unplugged ICP and won't start. Have good oil flow into filter chamber, good fuel flow into bowl. Is it the Hpop gone out? It wouldn't start 3 times over different periods, this last time never started again.

Sounds like you have a high pressure leak, check youtube for videos on using an air hose to her find the leak - probably a seal or HPOP or LPOP or LPOP intake tube/seal.
