Is there a good fix for spark plug blowout issue on triton engines?

Thinking of selling my OBS and getting one of these 11th gen trucks with the improved steering / turning radius. I usually check carcomplaints.com when researching vehicles, and it looks like the major issue with these engines (both 5.4 and 4.6) is the head blowing plugs, but is there a year when Ford fixed the issue? Or is there a good aftermarket fix? Looks like there are inserts available but even those seem to fail. Was this fixed on the 12th gen?

There are inserts that are crap and do fail, there are inserts that NEVER fail.

Properly torquing the plugs in the first place usually prevents future problems.

Spark plugs blowing out isn't normally an issue on this generation. However, spark plugs breaking off in the heads is. This was finally corrected in late '07 with a head redesign.
