I found a f5tf-12a650-jb way1 ECU for $160 bucks. From the research I've done, that seems to be a good comp for the MAF conversion on a 5.8 e4od rig, but I wanted to make sure. Also, will I be able to tune it later if I get it?
In that year, the 5.0 and the 5.8 had the same firing order and being the mass air, it will adjust to the 5.8 with what I have going. Or from what I understand? Also, can anyone point me in the direction for the wiring harness? The junk yards in my area don't have what I need.

What I did for my conversion and would recommend, it to modify your existing harness that you know works. It's as simple as taking a mustang or truck MAF harness, identifying the injector and MAF connectors, then taking the harness apart down to the ECM pinnouts. Then you will add these wires to your existing pinnout, loom them up and you're good to go. There's more to it than that, but again I highly recommend making an overly harness from a donor for the conversion.
There's great write ups on here for the MAF conversion, but if you need more info, let us know.
