Just stopping in to introduce myself. I'm a native PA guy living in California for the last 20 years now. Grew up in PA around my Dad's autobody and restoration shop. Learned to love old steel throughout the 70's and up (I'm 44).
I own several vehicles but my old girl is a 1965 Ford F100. She has a 460/C6 combo with a 1972 Ford F100 front end to help carry the weight, power steering, ignition, steering column and front disc brakes from the same donor 72 Ford. The entire front end was replaced so my truck is a bit of a mix. Everything else is pretty much stock. Truck has 81k on it and I'm the 3rd owner since 1965.
I'm no mechanic but mechanically inclined. This site seems like the perfect place to make a home. I have already discovered a ton of info here so I'm pretty happy to have discovered this site.
