MidFifty Carpet Install Question?

Has anyone used the carpet kit? I ordered the complete kit and received it yesterday, and pulled out the seat etc, and just laid it out and to be honest it doesn't seem like it's going to fit as well as I'f like it to, anyone have any opinions, info or pics of the installed carpet?
Don

I have never installed one but I have heard good things about them. Is the floor original without modifications?

I'm using Auto Custom Carpet Inc. carpet in mine. This picture is when it was right out of the box and the wrinkles hadn't settled out of it yet. It's a good fit..

do you have padding under it? I looks deflated. I might look that way from being folded to ship. leave it out on a hot day, or in a warm house layed flat with weights on it.

There is 1/2" padding attached to the bottom and it's been laid out in the house for awhile now. I'll stretch it out when the seats go in and the carpet keepers at the rockers..

50? that's our night time temps. my neighbor (died) was from maple ridge, and he said he could never go back except to visit. he hated being cold.

You can also rent a steamer with a wand. They are usually used for removing old wallpaper.
