Ok so I'm having a brain fart! Not sure of the exact milage, I know it's 21676/3 not sure if it's one hundred thousand or two hundred or what can't believe it's just twenty one thousand. Wouldn't that be nice! It doesn't burn use or smoke, it hasn't used a drop of oil between oil changes.
Ok it shows only 21K+ miles.
Being the gauges are on a table is it out of a JY truck or your truck.
If your truck I take it you did not buy it new and why you ask.
Did you get any documents with the truck that may show when work was done with dates & mileage to help find what the truck may have.
Also what shape is the truck in? Under hood is it real dirty and oil leaks all over mis-matched parts or kind of normal dirt and parts are stock factory parts with numbers.
Look at brake & clutch peddle pads. Are they warn in 1 area down to the metal peddle or little wear? Same goes for floor mat/carpet and the seat - do they have holes or light wear?
Under the truck what shape is it in? Dose it look like heavy wear, scrapes , dirt and maybe parts have been replaced?
Then sometimes even with all that and not having documents for dates & mileage it is a guessing game so just pick what you think it is.
When I bought my truck (project now) I don't remember looking at the mileage and don't know what it is with going out to look at it. I also bought a parts truck at the same time, less motor & doors, and did not look at the mileage on it either.
Because the project gauge cluster has paint all over it I am going to use the parts truck gauges so mileage will not match when back on the road.
Also the DMV does not care what the mileage is on older cars/trucks to get plates. Guess because it could be so high and old the buyer beware on mileage?

Ok Dave I got the truck 3-4 years ago, the engine area is pretty oily the truck over all was in fair shape, I got to believe the Milage is at least one hundred and twenty something thousand. This speedo is outa my truck as I had to change the whole gauge cluster. I am gonna paint all the needles and replace the speedo with what I think is the original speedo, I have nothing to show me the life of the truck. It has the original box and bed. It is in fair shape. I rplaced the fenders as they were rusted threw over the well wells So I am thinking it is at least over one hundred thousand.i just don't know for sure the exact Milage. Thank you for your input Dave.
As a guess and not looking at the truck I would say 121k also.
now days mileage is nor too big a deal on older cars and trucks because we don't get them to use every day but more as hobby projects.
Yes we would like to know what the mileage is so we know how much to pay or not pay and what may need looking at to be replaced.
Then again anything new to us should be gone through so we know it is safe to drive.
