Can these odometers be adjusted?

Can these odometers be adjusted?
I've got a gauge cluster out of a donor truck, and the mileage is way off. Is it at all possible to roll the mileage forward so I can get to where my truck is actually at? Thanks in advance!

Yes they can be changed as to what mileage they show. I had mine done a few
yearsago when I put a different cluster in my truck, a 1981 F100. I sent it to
Southern Electronics in Richmond, VA to reset it. I think they charged about 50
bucks to do it at the time. I sent them pictures of both speedometers and a letter as
to why I wanted the mileage adjusted. They fixed it the mileage and it works
perfectly.
