I need shocks

Where can I get shocks that will fit my 6" lift??? I ordered the ones on bronco graveyard that are the length I need, but they mailed me saying they are on backorder for an unknown time and apparently they cancelled my order completely since I got my money back today. 😡

Now I need to find shocks that will work, but finding any the right length is not easy. Anyone have any input?

BDS, Skyjacker, Rough Country Rancho, Superlift....

I'd visit or contact Rocky Mountain Suspension Products outta NC: Rocky Mountain Suspension Products - Leveling Kits, Lift Kits, Block Kits, & Off-Road Suspension

Click on Shocks and then select the brand. In the next screen will be a search box for your application. EZ.

It's not so easy. My truck uses springs from other trucks, axles from an f350, etc. it's not just a typical 6" lift.

I know the springs you are talking about, I bet you will not get that much flex. Fork lift/backhoe/tractor or twist ditch drop and measure full compression and full droop and order from who ever has in stock that will work.

Checked here, its next door.Truck Parts & Truck Accessories in Overland Park, KS 66209 FYI Chris is really busy today.

I'd bet some for a 6" would work.

Um..... you should have communicated that in your original post. We're not clairvoyant.

Measure full droop and full compression... then look for a shock that is 60/40 or 40/60 depending on the planned use of your customized truck.

I have basic measurements, I just can't find a site that lets me find shocks based on length

Pro Comp compression and extension measurements are on it. http://www.4wheelparts.com/eSearch.a...rs?N=1frZ17y7f Scroll down a bit to get the Pro Comp measurements.

Skyjacker H7002 – Hydro Shock Absorber 15.69 in. Extended; 10.02 in. Collapse. Their site has the measurements if you click on each shock. Yes PITA.

Ok, I'm on the right track now. Apparently mobile version is way watered down, on the computer I have a lot more info. I'll see what I can find.
