I am looking to get started on painting my '75ish crewcab project and wanted to do the classic two tone with white and green. White roof and back of cab, green from drip rails to the middle of dent and white from the dent down. Hoping someone with this current paint scheme might be willing to help me with a couple photos of the back of cab paint break. I have the chrome strips for that location but no good reference for the location of them. Anyone got any ideas how to get that right? Appreciate any help!
Random internet search shows color break at bed height.
If you haven't taken off the bed, mark bed height, (use tape) remove bed, sand back of cab, primer
mask to your marks and shoot paint, unmask then mask off over color shoot next color, then shoot clear.
simple and easy
Yes that is exactly the scheme I am looking to mimic. Looks like the chrome is a little above the bottom of the drip rail at the back? Just trying to see if that chrome strip that goes across the back of the cab is all above the top of the box or half above and half below if that make sense?
thanks for the help!

If so, I'll peer at it more closely when I get home tonight.
CanadianBuzzard,
I'll take some close ups of the color transitions but from my pic and redcreekauto's pic, it looks like they happen dead center in the chrome strip and centered on the side marker lens screws.
So it turns out it's dark when I get home at 8:30 PM. Caught me by surprise! And then the biblical rains yesterday...
Any how, here are some pics. I laid a ruler in the rain gutter for a fixed reference point and measured down to the transition. I also snapped a pic at the top of the A pillar. My lower white does not continue across the back of the cab just like Ben's truck.
